Biography —
Erika Fiscus, M.A. , began her journey at KU as an undergraduate. After earning B.A.s in Japanese language and literature and Applied Behavioral Science in 2020, she joined the graduate program for Applied Behavioral Science. As a board-certified behavior analyst, she is passionate about serving individuals with developmental and intellectual delays and creating environments that support their growth. Erika is currently a fifth-year doctoral student in the early intervention research lab under Dr. Pamela Neidert. After serving her community, Erika loves spending time with her canine companion, Mazie, and reading anything she can get her hands on! She hopes to continue solving problems that caregivers and individuals face and creating positive environments through research and practice.
