Student Senate Courts

The Judicial Branch is composed of 8-member Student Senate Court System that is jointly overseen by the Chief Magistrate of the Constitutional Court & the Chair of the Elections Commission.

The Elections Commission

The Elections Commission: This Court is composed of five (5) members, one of which serves as the EC Chair, and they are in charge of managing Student Senate Elections in the Fall & Spring and is responsible for interpreting the Elections Code, Student Referendum Regulations, and Petitions.

The Constitutional Court

The Constitutional Court: This Court is composed of three (3) members, one of which serves as the Chief Magistrate, and they are in charge of interpreting the Student Senate Constitution and serve as the highest court of appeal within Student Senate.
