Primary office:

Rusha Bajpai (she/her/hers), the Director of Diversity and Inclusion, is a senior from Calcutta, India and has lived in Leawood, Kansas for many years. She is on the pre-medical track and is majoring in Ecology, Evolution, and Organismal Biology and is minoring in Spanish. She is service-oriented and is highly involved in local nursing homes and animal shelters. Bajpai is the current Community Service Chair of the Minority Association of Pre-med Students (MAPS) and is also involved in Medicine, Education and Development for Low-Income Families Everywhere (MEDLIFE) at KU. She has also done research at the University of Kansas Medical Center Pathology Department.
